1022.02 PERMIT APPLICATION; EMERGENCIES.

Each permit for making any opening shall be confined to a single project and shall be issued by the Manager or his or her designee. Application shall be made on a form prescribed by the Manager or his or her designee. In case of an emergency, a permit shall be obtained within forty-eight hours of such emergency repair.
