(a) Charitable organizations, as defined in Section 630.01(8) of the General Offenses Code, shall be permitted to operate up to four coin-operated amusement devices for up to three days per approved permit.
(b) Charitable organizations shall be required to submit an application for a permit for the usage provided for in subsection (a) hereof and receive approval from the Manager before installing and using the coin-operated amusement devices.
(c) Charitable organizations shall be responsible for complying with all regulations contained in this chapter, including the provision of adult supervision. The twenty-five dollar ($25.00) annual fee per machine, however, shall be waived.
(d) Permitted coin-operated amusement devices shall be for amusement only, and shall provide no financial remuneration or payoff.
