810.03 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   (a)   No amusement center or place of business where coin-operated amusement devices are located shall be operated so as to constitute a public nuisance.
   (b)   No licensee shall fail to maintain order on the licensed premises at all times.
   (c)   No licensee shall allow the licensed premises to become overcrowded so as to constitute a hazard to the health or safety of persons therein or to be in violation of any of the Municipality's fire, health or sanitation codes.
   (d)   No amusement center licensee shall fail to provide a full-time adult manager (who is at least twenty-one years of age) upon the licensed premises during business hours.
   (e)   Every licensee under this chapter shall have its license displayed on its premises in plain view.
   (f)   No person shall operate or permit the operation of an amusement center or place of business where coin-operated amusement devices are located without the appropriate licenses as required by this chapter and/or the Ohio Revised Code.
