660.14 THROWING OBJECTS DURING PROCESSIONS.

(a) No person who participates in a parade, assemblage or other procession, other than a funeral procession, upon any street or highway, shall throw materials, particularly candy, toys, etc., to spectators of such procession.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
