(a) No person shall vandalize park property or harm animals in the parks.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. In addition, he or she shall be required to pay the cost of restoration.
(c) The City will provide a reward of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for information resulting in the arrest and conviction of any person vandalizing park property or harming the animals living in the parks.
