618.12 HUNTING PROHIBITED.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in Section 678.09, no person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearms, bows and arrows, air rifles or any other means within the Municipality.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
