452.13 MAXIMUM CONSECUTIVE HOURS FOR STREET PARKING.

No person shall park any motor vehicle upon any street or public parking lot for a period of time exceeding 48 consecutive hours, unless permission is granted, in writing, by the Chief of Police because of extraordinary circumstances.
