236.06 O.M.V.I. ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.

The O.M.V.I. Enforcement and Education Fund is hereby created as authorized by Ohio R.C. 4511.99. Said Fund shall be used in programs designated by the City for informing the public of the laws governing the operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and other information relating to the operation of a motor vehicle and the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
