208.05 ADMINISTRATION OF PROGRAM.

(a) The Finance Director and the Service Manager (“Supervisors”) shall be responsible for the development, implementation, oversight and continued administration of the Program; and

(b) Appropriate staff within the Service Department (“Staff”) and other departments, if necessary, shall be trained to effectively implement the Program.
