(a) In addition to the public hearing requirements of § 1385.07, a freestanding sign providing notification of the pending Board of Zoning Appeals public hearing shall be posted on the subject property.
(b) The sign shall:
(1) Be available from the city and prominently displayed on the subject property for a period of not less than 15 days prior to the scheduled hearing;
(2) Clearly identify that the subject property is proposed for a conditional use or variance from the zoning ordinance or subdivision regulations;
(3) Identify the nature of the requested conditional use or appeal for the subject property;
(4) Identify the time, date and place of the Board of Zoning Appeals action pending for the property; and
(5) State that additional information is available at the City Hall.
