§ 1385.07 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.

(a) Before a hearing is held by the Board of Zoning Appeals, notice of such hearing shall be given in one newspaper of general circulation in the city at least 30 days before said hearing, setting forth the time and place of the public hearing and the nature of the requested appeal.

(b) Costs for required public notices shall be borne by the applicant.
