The city shall have the responsibility and full authority to administer and enforce all provisions of this chapter, through the city’s designated enforcement official or officer. The Mayor shall delegate primary enforcement of this chapter to the appropriate city official, such as the Chief of Police, City Attorney or other authorized city official as appropriate.
