The failure of any person or entity to pay any fine imposed upon such person or entity by the City of Pewee Valley ABC Administrator or hearing officer for violations of this chapter within 30 days of its imposition shall be grounds for the issuance of an order by the City of Pewee Valley ABC Administrator revoking the eligibility for employment of that person by licensees, or revoking the license issued by the City of Pewee Valley ABC Administrator.
