(A) Any person who violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500.
(B) If the owner, lessee, occupant of person having charge of any property shall intentionally burn any material or property in violation of §§ 93.20 et seq., then each of them, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less that $50, nor more than $500, for each offense on each day burning is allowed and continued.
