§ 73.01 PURPOSE.
   A chapter by the village for the purpose of authorizing and regulating the operation of ATV/ORV's and golf carts within the village, for purpose of providing penalties for the violation thereof, and for distribution of public funds resulting from those penalties pursuant to 2008 P.A. 240, as amended, M.C.L.A. § 324.81131.
