§ 152.60 FILING FEES.
   The subdivider shall pay a filing fee to the Village Treasurer at the time a preliminary plat is filed with the Village Council; it shall not exceed $60 and shall provide for the expense of inspection of lands and meetings of the Village Council relative to the plat.
