§ 152.58 SALES CONTRARY TO REQUIREMENTS.
   Any sale of an option or contract to sell land contrary to the provisions of these regulations, shall be voidable as provided in the Land Division Act, Public Act 28 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 through 560.293, as amended.
