§ 152.20 APPROVAL.
   (A)   The Village Council shall examine the plat for compliance with the preliminary plat and required changes thereof and shall approve the plat within 60 days after submission thereof to it, provided that the applicant for the Village Council’s approval may waive this requirement and consent to an extension to such period.
   (B)   Approval of the Village Council shall be certified on the plat by the Village Clerk pursuant to authorization by the Village Council.
