(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to dump, throw or put any old tin cans, glass, wood, stone, dirt, rubbish, garbage, oil, petroleum, petroleum wastes and/or byproducts, chemicals, hazardous chemicals or waste, or any pollutants into the open drains, ditches, storm sewer, underground drains, catch basins or any ground located within the village.
(B) This section shall take effect and be in force 20 days after its adoption.
