§ 93.21 NOXIOUS WEEDS.
   NOXIOUS WEEDS as used in this subchapter shall include but not be limited to: Canada thistle (Cirsium arvense), dodders (any species of Cuscuta), mustard (Chailock), black mustard and Indian mustard (species of Brassica or Sinapis), wild carrot (Daucus carota), bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis), perennial sowthistle (Sonchus arvensis), hoary alyssum (Berteroa incana), quack-grass (Agropyron repens), crabgrass, poison ivy, poison sumac or other plant or grass which, in the opinion of the Village Council, comes within the meaning of this section, is regarded as a common nuisance.
