§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 150.15 through 150.20 set forth herein or incorporated by reference shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense. A new violation of §§ 150.15 through 150.20 shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 150.35 through 150.37 upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not more than $100 and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
   (D)   Every person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 150.38 through 150.43 upon conviction shall be fined not more than $100 and shall pay the costs of prosecution, and each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense.
