§ 130.47 PARENTAL LIABILITY.
   It shall be unlawful for the parent, guardian, or other adult person, having the care and custody of a minor under the age of 18 years to allow or permit said minor persons to do any of the acts or things prohibited by §§ 130.45 and 130.46.
