§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provision of §§ 130.01 through 130.11 and 130.25 through 130.29 upon conviction shall be fined not more than $100 and pay the cost of prosecution.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of § 130.30 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
   (D)   Any violation of the provisions of §§ 130.45 through 130.48 shall constitute a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine of $50 for the first offense, $100 for the second offense and subsequent offenses, and shall be assessed the court costs of prosecution.
   (E)   Anyone violating any of the terms or conditions of §§ 130.60 through 130.62 shall be punished by a fine not more than $500 for each offense. Each day’s maintenance of the same shall constitute a separate offense. The village may bring an appropriate action or proceedings to prevent the continuing violation of §§ 130.60 through 130.62, or to abate such violation.
