§ 130.28 RESISTING OR FAILING TO ASSIST AN OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person in said village to hinder, obstruct, or resist any police officer or police officer in making any arrest or performing any duty of his or her office, or to refuse or neglect to assist any such officer when called upon by him or her in making of any arrest, or the conveying of a prisoner to jail.
