§ 130.26 TRESPASSING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to remain upon any private or public property, within said village, without the express permission of the owner, or party in possession thereof.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass upon any private grounds within the village, or to break, cut, or injure any tree, shrub, plant, flower, or grass growing thereon, or without the consent of the owner or occupant to enter upon an improved lot or grounds occupied for residence purposes and to loiter about the same.
