§ 130.12 DISCHARGE OF DANGEROUS WEAPONS; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Discharge of dangerous weapons. It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm, air gun, or slingshot loaded with dangerous missiles within the village.
   (B)   Exceptions. Division (A) above shall not apply to shooting galleries or gun safety courses supervised by an adult sponsor who is first approved by the Chairperson and Village Board of Trustees and is conducted in such a manner as not to injure or damage any person or property within the village.
