(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, operate, or maintain or to be an inmate of or visit a house of prostitution or a disorderly house within said village.
(B) A HOUSE OF PROSTITUTION shall be construed to mean a house or other place which is kept, used, or operated as a place for the commission of acts of sexual intercourse for hire.
(C) A DISORDERLY HOUSE shall be construed to mean any place kept in such a manner as to disturb, annoy, or scandalize the public generally or persons within the particular neighborhood, or any place used as a public resort by drunkards, prostitutes, or other idle or vicious persons or any place of public resort where illegal practices are habitually carried on to the corruption of public morals.
