§ 130.05 VAGRANCY.
   It shall be unlawful for any vagrant to loiter or remain upon the streets, alleys, or public grounds of said village. A person shall be deemed to be a VAGRANT who has no visible means of support and lives without employment or wanders about from place to place begging or receiving alms.
