§ 130.02 DRINKING ON STREETS OR PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drink alcoholic liquor of any kind on the streets or alleys, or upon property used or owned by the United States, the State of Nebraska, or any governmental subdivision thereof, or in theaters, dance halls, or in any other place open to or frequented by the public, within said village.
