§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any owner or occupant convicted of violating §§ 91.35 through 91.37 shall be guilty of a Class V misdemeanor and fined in an amount not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each day the property is in violation with each day being a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 91.50 through 91.54 shall be fined not less than $25 or more than $500 for each instance. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours for each failure to comply.
   (D)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of § 91.50, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of such failure to comply.
