§ 91.35 WEEDS, GENERALLY.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the owners or occupants of any lot or piece of ground within the village to keep the lot or piece of ground and the adjoining streets and alleys free of excessive growth of weeds, grasses, and other worthless vegetation.
   (B)   For the purposes of this subchapter, EXCESSIVE GROWTH shall be held to mean growth in excess of 12 inches.
