(A) Anyone found violating § 90.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $100 and costs of prosecution.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 90.15 through 90.27 is hereby declared to be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500 and shall pay for the cost of prosecution. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day upon which a violation of §§ 90.15 through 90.27 occurs or continues. In addition to the foregoing penalties, the person who violates §§ 90.15 through 90.27 shall pay all expenses including shelter, food, handling, veterinary care, and expert testimony necessitated by enforcement of §§ 90.15 through 90.27.
(C) Any owner who permits their dog to run at large as described in § 90.21 within the confines of the village is hereby deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined no more than $500 and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
