(A) It is hereby determined to be unlawful for anyone to keep or maintain or permit the keeping or maintenance on one’s property within the corporate limits of the village or within one-half mile of said village limits, bees, wasps, or other insects capable of inflicting stings or bites upon humans or other animals.
(B) Each day that anyone keeps or maintains bees, wasps, or other stinging insects on one’s property in violation of division (A) above shall be a separate and distinct violation of this section.
