§ 72.04 ALLEYS.
   No vehicle shall be parked in any alley so as to obstruct free passage of other vehicles in said alley, and in no event shall any vehicle be parked on an alley for any purpose other than to load or unload, and then only during the time necessary for such loading and unloading, which shall not exceed 30 minutes.
