§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of this traffic code, the penalty for which is not otherwise expressly provided, shall on conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding $200 and assessed the court costs of prosecution.
