§ 71.23 FRONT SEAT LOAD.
   (A)   No motor vehicle shall have more than three adult passengers in the driver’s compartment thereof, and in no event more than four persons occupying the driver’s compartment.
   (B)   In construing this section, an ADULT PERSONS shall be deemed to be any persons 12 years old or more.
