(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 51.01 through 51.08 or any of the regulations in connection therewith, or who shall fail or neglect to comply with any such provisions, rules, or regulations, upon conviction shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense and $25 for each day such person shall continue in violation thereof, and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
