The Sewer Inspector shall receive a fee of $25 for each permit issued by him or her under the provisions of this subchapter. Such fee shall be paid by the plumber applying therefor and at the time of application, and such fee shall be deemed to cover the services of such Sewer Inspector in issuing the permit and making the necessary records in connection therewith and the same shall also cover his or her services in locating the “Y” joint and inspecting and approving the connection therewith.
