§ 157.009 ANNEXATION OF COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT.
   The statute makes special accommodation of commercial/industrial development under IC 36-4-3-13. Since commercial/industrial areas are a major part of the growth of the city, all industrial and commercial areas are to be considered for immediate annexation action.
