§ 34.03 ASSISTANT POLICE CHIEF; SALARY.
   (A)   The classification of Assistant Police Chief is created in and for the corporate city for the purpose of carrying out the various functions in the Police Department.
   (B)   His salary shall be set from time to time by legislative authority.
