§ 34.01 POSITION OF CHIEF ENGINEER AND ASSISTANT UTILITIES MANAGER; SALARY.
   (A)   Within the Electric Light and Water Department, there is created the position of Chief Engineer and Assistant Utilities Manager.
   (B)   Their salaries shall be as set from time to time by legislative authority, and three-fifths of the salaries shall be paid from revenues of the electric utility and two-fifths shall be paid from revenues of the water utility.
