(A) Any person violating this chapter shall be subject to the general penalty provisions for this code in accordance with the provisions of PMC § 10.99. It is expressly declared that any violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation for each day the violation continues. All fines and the costs of any action to enforce this chapter shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer’s Office within 30 days of their assessment.
(B) In addition to any fine or penalty provided herein, the city shall, at its sole discretion, first pursue any other remedy granted to it by law for the abatement of a nuisance, for injunctive relief, or for any similar legal or equitable remedy deemed appropriate or necessary for the enforcement of the terms, provisions and conditions of this chapter.
