§ 32.76 MEMBERS.
   (A)   The Municipal Park and Recreation Board shall be composed of four members appointed by the City Chief Executive. The appointments shall be made by the Chief Executive on the basis of their interest in and knowledge of parks and recreation. No more than two members shall be of the same political party.
   (B)   Additionally, the Board of Trustees shall select a member from its Board to serve as an ex- officio member of the Park Board.
