§ 32.75 CREATION.
   (A)   Under the provisions of IC 36-10-3, et seq., there is hereby created a Municipal Department of Parks and Recreation.
   (B)   The Municipal Department of Parks and Recreation shall be supervised and overseen by a Municipal Park and Recreation Board.
