(A) There is hereby created a Tax Abatement Review Committee of and for the Common Council.
(B) The Tax Abatement Review Committee shall consist of three members of the Common Council, as determined by the majority of the duly elected members of said Council. The Committee may include in its meetings the following ex-officio members: The City Clerk-Treasurer, or her duly authorized representative; the Miami County Auditor or his duly authorized representative; and/or the Executive Director of the Peru/Miami County Development Corporation or his duly authorized representative. Only members of the Common Council may vote upon any report or recommendation of said Committee.
