Any action taken by this municipality or by the City Economic Development Commission pursuant to Ordinance 60-1972, as amended by Ordinance 61-1972, and prior to the adoption of Ordinance 70-1972, is affirmed and ratified and shall continue in full force and effect. All leases, agreements, revenue bonds, rights, duties, and obligations arising out of any proceedings, actions, or agreements pursuant to Ordinance 60-1972, as amended by Ordinance 61-1972, shall continue in full force and effect as if the ordinance had not been amended, and all nominations and appointments to the Commission thereunder shall continue in full force and effect.
