§ 32.09 CONTINUED EXISTENCE OF PRESENT BOARD.

The existing Utility Service Board of the city created pursuant to IC 8-1.5-3-3 and Ordinance 70-1961, shall continue in existence pursuant to the authority of a declaratory judgment rendered by the Miami Superior Court in Cause Number C-424-82S on December 3, 1982. For purposes of construction of this subchapter Board shall mean the existing Utility Service Board members and their duly appointed successors.
