§ 32.02 SUPERVISORY POWERS OF BOARD.

The Board shall have general supervisory powers over the Electric Power Utility, Water Utility, and Sewage Works Utility. The Board shall exercise its power and duties as enumerated in IC 8-1.5-3-4 and all other laws enacted from time to time by the Indiana General Assembly or the Common Council governing the operation of the above utilities.
