§ 70.31 SPEED LIMIT WITHIN CITY.
   It shall be unlawful for any firm, person, or corporation to run and operate, or to cause to be run and operated, any train, engine, or other moving railroad equipment on any railroad track within the city at a speed of more than 25 miles per hour. However, any engine pulling a train or string of railroad cars in the process of leaving the city may be run and operated at a speed in excess of 25 miles per hour after a point when the engine has passed over the corporate line of the city.
