§ 70.12 BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY TO DESIGNATE METHOD OF IDENTIFYING FUNERAL PROCESSIONS.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall designate a type of pennant or other identifying insignia to be displayed on, or other method to be employed to identify, the vehicles in funeral processions.
